ABSTRACT
The basic features of Loewald’s vision of mind are held in common, generally explicitly, sometimes implicitly, by other relational theories: human minds are interactive phenomena; an individual human mind is an oxymoron; subjectivity always develops in the context of intersubjectivity; we continually process and organize the enormous complexity of ourselves and our world into recurring patterns.
