ABSTRACT
The output generated by the Inference Maker is an internally coded judgment or decision. In many instances, this output must be transformed into an overt response. The response may be a motor behavior or a sequence of related acts, a verbal statement about an object (made orally or in writing), or a rating along a category scale. In all cases, the output is theoretically produced by the Response Generator, based on procedures contained in its library.
