Most residential facilities incorporate what is known as a team approach. Individuals on residential treatment teams hold positions such as social worker, therapist, recreation therapist, music therapist, art therapist, treatment coordinator, psychologist, psychiatrist, and, of course, RYCW. Each team is unique in that it consists of a variety of personalities and each person holds personal views about change, his or her role on the team, and the nature of problems.
