ABSTRACT

It is common for therapists to experience impasses in therapy, especially for a beginning therapist. But what can you do when you run out of ideas, your client is still depressed, is making you crazy, and you want to see therapy progress before you get moved to a new practicum site? Could it be possible to have a little fun? This intervention was created with the hope of facilitating a playful atmosphere that could enable the therapist to amplify the client's “alternative and subjugated story”
