ABSTRACT

As a follow-up to the evidence that workplace bullying exists in India, an empirical inquiry was conducted in ITES-BPO organizations to understand the organizational measures designed and implemented to deal with the phenomenon (D'Cruz 2010). Undertaking such a study was considered important given the absence of anti-bullying legislation in India which makes organizational measures even more critical. Apart from socio-demographic details, data on organizational measures and organizational features were collected.
