ABSTRACT
This chapter shows how one can collaborate with a colleague in the Personal Reflection exercise. It explains short-term goals to create an online platform for colleagues to share, or talk to two colleagues about what they are doing in their classrooms. Colleagues on the same mission surround us. Missions help us focus on working together towards a common goal. An observer can deduce a great deal about a school by listening to the conversations that take place in the staffroom, hallways, by the copy machine, or any area teachers gather. The chapter explores several incredible projects and events that result from educators collaborating with web tools. The International Society helped students to develop relationships with their native-speaking peers. The chapter presents two Personal Reflection exercise, namely how to listen to the conversations that take place around the school, and how to share the memory of a successful collaboration.
