Implementing our ideas is an achievement. The process helps boost our self-esteem and value. The people choose to involve need to offer important skills and talents that will help the idea have the most impact. Many people might be highly qualified but have negative attitudes or offend others. Sharing an idea is not enough. Most ideas are not manifested into projects or movements, because they aren't supported. The first person you share idea with is very important. Share your idea with the person who is the most encouraging, who is your champion. If feel have no champions, the author encourages it connect with educators online. The 30 Goals community is full of supportive educators. However, one can plan the process in which the idea takes shape. People can do this through visual mapping, drawing out the plan on paper, or mapping out the plan on a brainstorming app like Popplet, Evernote, or Educreations.
