ABSTRACT
This chapter shows the parent and teacher communication. Ongoing communication between parents and educators is extremely important in education. Only through engaging parents can we help collaborate to provide the best education for students. Very young children look at their parents for guidance, and the parent gives the thumbs-up to, the child will befriend. Most parents are surprised by willingness to send them an email, but have found they enjoy them very much and it helps keep engaged in their children's learning. Throughout several years of experience, the author have learned a lot about engaging parents. Initially, communicating with parents was one of her greatest fears. She did not know how to engage parents and had the mistaken notion that they were there to criticize and not support. The parents appreciated that would involve their children in team sports and encourage participation in clubs. This positive experience with communicating with parents showed the incredible way that developing relationships with parents.
