ABSTRACT
This chapter shows how teachers integrate technology effectively. The author experiences an incredible moment in history when the most powerful technologies were placed in hands of people around the world. These developments came at an important time in her life. At the time, the World Wide Web, which had just been released to the public, became standard on every computer at college. Suddenly, she was living a dream, starting college surrounded by the most powerful learning machines. Technology kept proving anything was possible. Technology integration with positive attitudes in spite of our experiences, because the world has changed. Technology impacts the way one can learn and communicate, our rituals, language, and routines. Teachers need to be aware of how students use mobile devices, apps, social networks, and the World Wide Web so that we support their learning needs and help them reflect on the impact of these devices on their lifestyle, mood, habits, thoughts, and physical, mental, and psychological health.
