ABSTRACT
I try to instill in my teachers a sense of confidence to experiment, to use activities, to incorporate math, because these things add richness to the subject and help to build a solid understanding of both science and math. I would like to instill a sense of confidence in subject matter because it helps to have a comfort level in the content to allow you to do interesting things and to teach them accurately. I would like to instill a sense of humor because these subjects are best approached with joy and interest, and they are, ultimately, very human endeavors that we interact with daily.
