ABSTRACT
In one sense the choice of definition is only a technical issue. Once the choice is made, however, whether consciously or unconsciously, it will start to define the emphasis of your approach. That emphasis should in turn be determined by what it is you are trying to achieve, in other words the overall strategy of the organization.
