ABSTRACT
In determining an approach to quality improvement a quality framework can be an invaluable tool. Reference has already been made to the framework, such as that detailed in the Further Education Funding Council Circular (93/28), Assessing Achievement or alternatively through use of the organization’s own critical success factors.
