ABSTRACT
The profession of teaching must grow by each movement which emphasizes the necessity of special preparation on the part of the teacher. Greater differentiation of function has been characteristic of advancement in all ages, and division of labor is a principle which applies to all professions and occupations except the Jack-of-all-trades.
