ABSTRACT
Culture is not something extra, like say a sixth finger on a human hand. Culture has been rightly said to be to society what a flower is to a plant. What is important about a flower is not just its beauty. A flower is the carrier of the seeds for new plants, the bearer of that future of that species of plant.
