ABSTRACT
The operations manual explains every phase of the adult day care business. It describes the services that are performed in the adult day care centers and it contains samples of all forms and reports necessary for operating a center. During the training program that is offered to a person selected to operate an adult day care center, he/she will be provided an operations manual along with specific training for operating a center, instructions for filling out all forms and reports, and directions for effectively marketing the program locally.
