ABSTRACT
The attraction, particularly for tourists, about this comfortable little bistro-type of restaurant is that it has an international bill of fare and that the personnel speak several languages. There are two chefs, one French, the other Belgian. The proprietor, Monsieur Zioni, is half Belgian and half Italian. The languages spoken Chez Beulemans are French, English, Italian, German, and Russian.
