ABSTRACT

Most tourists consider the 15th arrondissement of Paris an uninteresting back-of-beyond quarter of the city. They are right, and what few bistros exist are hardly worth visiting. The exception is Chez Quinson, a small, simple bistro, located alongside the church in the Place Félix-Fauré, where Monsieur Quinson, the proprietor /chef serves very good quality food for the very moderate prices he charges.
