ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the conceptualization of the socio-scientific epistemology of Divine Unity, also termed as the Tawhid and as derived from Qur’an and Sunnah. Contrary to the worldview of unity and unification of knowledge with its own dynamics and structure, explanation and analytic, also treated the individuating processes of ‘de-knowledge’ world-systems, contrasted the two in the light of ethical perspectives of social well-being. The latter concept was substantively defined and used to construct the simulative dynamics of the underlying processes of the knowledge-based world-system. The basis of the knowledge-centered interactive, integrative and evolutionary worldview of unity and unification of knowledge was used to study several topics of the Islamic political economy. At the end, come up with the subtle conclusion that a new paradigmatic shift has occurred with the emergence of thinking in the area of knowledge-centered interactive, integrative and evolutionary methodology derived from the epistemology of Divine Unity.
