(p. 199) A corporation is a contract between two or more persons to perform a particular activity for the purpose of attaining profit. 105 Corporations have been established as valid in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah. Allah (mhbe) has said: ‘They share in one third. * Allah (mhbe) has also said:
Truly many are the partners (in business) who wrong each other. Not so do those who believe and work deeds of righteousness. †
