ABSTRACT

(p. 55) The increase of wealth in a given country is achieved through the creation of economic projects. Such projects are not necessarily related to the planners’ viewpoints regarding life, but are based on universal knowledge. Nevertheless, the planners’ viewpoints regarding life affect their direction in the establishment of such projects. In capitalist countries such as the United States, establishment of production projects is the responsibility of individuals and corporations, not of the State. In socialist countries, including such communist countries as Russia, establishment of production projects is the responsibility of the State. Individuals are not permitted to establish such projects.
