ABSTRACT
(p. 401) Industry is one of the important bases of the economic life of any nation or people in any community. The Islamic rulings pertaining to factories indicate that factories fall primarily under individual ownership, that is each member of the population has the right to own factories. In Islam, factories do not fall under public or State ownership.
