ABSTRACT
“Forgetting” to include a family member is expresssive of a negative attitude towards that person, rejection or symbolic elimination. A boy of 8 years 6 months. Presenting problem: destructive, defiant, restless and disruptive at school (D in conduct), frequent lying. He has drawn father first, then his stepmother, and himself. He has omitted his 5-month-old half-sister, born of his father's remarriage. He does not consider this baby as part of the family.
