In all cases, technical operation is carried out by the shipowner or a nominated ship management company (ship managers).

—quality of fuel (bunkers); —crew wages; —victuals; —spares; —surveys; —annual drydocking; —repairs; —ship management; —P&I club; —certification; and —(third party) insurance.
