ABSTRACT
Teaching functions best when a symbiotic relationship develops between the desire to learn and the desire to share what one has learned. Invariably, the best teachers are those who are eager to learn their subject matter and who want more than anything to share their enthusiasm for learning with the young. When knowing, sharing, and caring come together people will learn. You can’t hold them back.
