ABSTRACT
‘I started smoking in year 5. I have a smoke with my friends at break times and before school. Sometimes I have a smoke in the toilets during lesson time. I’ve been caught a couple of times but it’s no big deal. If I don’t have a ciggie I get ratty and I can’t concentrate in class. I can stop when I want. I have done a couple of times, it’s easy, you just do it. I came home hyper at the weekend, my mum thinks I was drinking or had taken drugs, she’s stupid.’
