ABSTRACT
Should the RE teacher be concerned about the interface between subjects? We argue that cross-curricular awareness is vital to good teaching in RE and discuss the contribution of RE in sample areas: citizenship, science, design and technology, and the teaching of modern languages. We offer two examples of RE-initiated cross-curricular units of work.
