ABSTRACT
Date and publication. To His Sacred Maiesty, A Panegyrick On His Coronation was published by Herringman in 1661 around 23 April, the date o f the coronation. 1661 was issued in two states, the second having a variant read ing (presumably an authorial revision) in line 32. The poem was reprinted, with a French translation, in Complementum Fortunatarum Insularum (1662), and in the 1688 edition of AM.
