ABSTRACT

The process of exercising power consists of two main components: the features of power of tests and detrimental force of tests. The power of tests, originates in the ability to cause a change in behaviour of who affected by People. The change in behaviour occurs in the way. The detrimental effect of tests, along with the powerful features, can bring a change in behaviour on the part of the test takers who affected by the test comply with the demands of the tests, given the effects. The process of exercising the power of tests is when tests used means of enforcing policies by those in authority. The decision is often a reaction to public/media demands, a conference an inspector had attended, or a wish to demonstrate control and action. The conclusions of the studies and showed tests introduced disciplinary tools for policy making and for imposing the various agendas of those in authority.
