ABSTRACT
June The Suppression of Communism Act outlaws the Communist Party and defines Communism as ‘any doctrine or scheme which aims at bringing about any political, economic, social or industrial changes in South Africa by the promotion of disorder or disturbances or which aims at encouraging feelings of hostility between the White community and non-White community’.
