ABSTRACT
A pavement frame is the lower part of an access scaffold, hoist tower or protection scaffold over a pavement that has had to be modified in design from the upper part to permit the pavement to be used, to provide a longitudinal access through the scaffold or to support contractors’ cabins, loading bays or protection fans.
