ABSTRACT
The main function of the scaffolding depot is as a stock yard for materials coming in from jobs and waiting to go out on new jobs. Scaffolding is carried out with secondhand material. Materials coming back from building contract works have frequently been badly used, and they are not in a suitable condition to send out to a new contract site without servicing.
