ABSTRACT
In this text the research process has been traced from the point of developing an idea through to the processes of writing and presenting research findings. This last step is the beginning of the stage of ‘dissemination’ in research. This is important for research must be available if we are to consider the principles of implementing research into practice, a step that may be considered the final stage of the research process (see Figure 12.1). In this chapter we will consider in the last two phases of the research process:
