ABSTRACT
Mrs A is 82 years old, she lives alone. Paramedics were called as she had fallen out of bed at home and, on falling, she hit her right arm and now has two wounds, identified as skin tears, on her right arm. Wound to right side of upper arm (upper wound) and a wound to right side of forearm (lower wound).
