Case of Porcz—.—Antecedents, articular rheumatism.—Fall.—Monoplegia with anæsthesia of the arm and shoulder.—Examination of the patient; motor paralysis with flaccidity; loss of all kinds of sensibility having a peculiar delimitation; no trophic changes; no modification in the electric reactions of the paralysed muscles. 2 —Diagnosis; disturbance or contusion of the brachial plexus, characters of the symptoms observed in these cases, anæsthetic zone corresponds with the distribution of the affected nerves, trophic changes, modification of the electric reactions.
