ABSTRACT
In section III we turn our attention toward the application and outcomes of a diverse set of urban revitalization policies and strategies applied by local governments, public–private partnerships and community organizations in different contexts. The chapters contextualize the diverse trends that result in revitalization efforts and include case studies to illustrate how different projects unfold, highlighting the application of urban theory, policy, and politics.
