ABSTRACT
The ability to write in a clear and unambiguous manner is a valuable skill in any walk of life, but especially for a student in HE, who is expected to communicate clearly some quite complex material. This chapter concentrates on some fundamental writing skills – such as paragraphing, sentence structure, punctuation and spelling rules – which should enable you to write with style and economy.
