ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we look at embedding CLD in the curriculum through collaborative design, planning and development. ‘Embedding’ takes time, energy and determination. Bolted-on careers activities have less impact and can more easily be squeezed out by competing curriculum priorities. Integrated activities, on the other hand, ensure a rich and expansive learning experience for young people.
