ABSTRACT
One of the underlying principles of any forest school is to introduce an element of risk into children’s play experiences.This risk is always carefully monitored and thoroughly assessed by the adults leading the session. But from the children’s perspective it is their decision-making and activities that determine their own level of achievement.
