ABSTRACT

After a brief summary of the problem-analysis process, this last chapter offers case studies for role playing and for opportunities to practice without punishment the processes of problem analysis. For purposes of practicing case analysis we suggest that you follow the format developed in the Reynolds and Silver model presented in Chapter 3, Figure 3.3 (p. 84). Every step is not applicable in each case; however, the model will guide you through a systematic thinking and association process for problem analysis. Appendix B may help establish ways to address these cases.
