ABSTRACT

I hope you have found some useful ideas in this book to adjust and adapt to match the needs of your organization and its members. One of the main ideas that emerged from my study was that all educational stakeholders would be wise to consider complexity when they plan and implement mentoring/coaching initiatives. As I mentioned in the introduction, I believe that many of the topics I have explored in this book assume that planning for complexity may help to bring about the emergence of a culture of helping. At this point, I review the concept of planning for complexity.
