All students in a school share the place and its promise. All students, educators, families, and others in the community hope that their schools will be wonderful, welcoming places where all students learn to their full potential. One common strategy to improve the school climate is staging well-planned, goal-linked family nights. When schools serve diverse families, Multicultural Family Nights send two important messages: This is everyone’s school. You are welcome here.
