ABSTRACT
Typically it is only the "good" kids who are given the opportunity to be in charge of materials, given special duties, or granted the privilege of taking on classroom leadership roles. This intervention gives challenging students the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and cooperation and to serve as models of expected behavior.
