ABSTRACT
The second choice involves inspirational teaching. This is the highest level of interpersonal effectiveness that produces powerful results when working with students. This conscious effort to intrinsically inspire others to reach levels beyond their own expectations is desired by many, but attained by few. When this process is consistently followed, teachers naturally create an environment where students feel inspired and open to your leadership.
