ABSTRACT
If all students at each grade level had identical or even similar intellectual capabilities, language skills, and family backgrounds, our jobs as educators would likely be a great deal easier. In reality, however, this is obviously not the case, and it becomes less so with each passing year. In order for any school to succeed, all teachers must commit to “teaching them all.” Administrators must lead teachers in understanding that this is a requirement, not an option.
