ABSTRACT
Discussions to this point have centered on action items. The systems outlined in this book prompt us to doing. All the notes and material in the tickler files are related to well-defined goals. This chapter examines a system for handling reference information. We do not know when or if we will need the information again. The important element is that if we need it, we can find it quickly.
