ABSTRACT
I used to be scared of differentiation. That is, until I started doing it. Before, I used to imagine some classroom filled with inboxes reflecting every possible option for each lesson, a tracked version of segregation that added ten times the work to my workload and prep time for each and every lesson. I imagined it to be something like this:
