ABSTRACT

The Internet is progressively becoming a resource for the teaching of science at KS1 and KS2. At the time of writing there were 157 sites listed on the BBC Education pages (https://www.bbc.co.uk). The sites ranged from looking at insects to examining planets. Pay-as-you-view sites list even more science-orientated links. Some of them are no more than on-line textbooks while others are very interactive. The Association for Science Education (https://www.ase.org.uk) is a developing Web site, which is beginning to have some promising links including an excellent Web site review database.
