A question was raised in this case, upon an adjourned summons from chambers, whether Mr. Brockwell ought to be placed upon the list of contributories to the Royal British Bank. It appeared that the company was formed in the year 1849, under a royal charter granted in pursuance of the provisions of the act 7 & 8 Vict. c. 113, for the regulation of joint-stock banks.….
