ABSTRACT
We know that political actors all deal with political risk, but we don’t know to what extent they have a common understanding of it, or how they strive to manage it. Political risk calculation seems to be either taken for granted by practitioners and political scientists or treated as too ‘mysterious’ or subjective to be studied.
