ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we attempt a final review of some of the key issues in the leadership of educational organisations and for that matter, leadership in all organisations. Although schools are special places with particular purposes, they have a great deal in common with all other organisations, so leadership in educational organisations will not be markedly different from leadership in any organisation.
